MIDLAND, TEXAS – Roseland Oil & Gas Marketing and Events is hosting the 2018 West Texas Oil and Gas Conference and Golf Tournament March 5-8. The event will kick off with a golf tournament taking place March 5 at Hogan Park. Participants will enjoy food giveaways at most holes, door prizes, hole prizes, and a top team award will be presented. After the golf tournament, Tuesday, March 6, a Meet and Greet networking event will take place at Four Points by Sheraton.


The West Texas Oil & Gas Conference will take place Wednesday, March 7 from 9:00am-5:00pm, and Thursday, March 8 from 9:00am-2:00pm at the Midland County Horseshoe Pavilion. Enjoy over 350 indoor and outdoor exhibits, product demonstrations, and booth giveaways. Along with tradeshow exhibits, the “Taste of the Oil Patch” will take place in the parking lot of the Midland County Horseshoe where attendees can sample from famous oilfield BBQ pits. Texas Country musician, Phil Hamilton, will perform a concert at the Rolling 7s Ranch from 6:00pm-Midnight Wednesday, March 7. Attendance to the concert is FREE, but to enjoy free food and drinks, attendees must have a pass courtesy of one of the show exhibitors.


The goal of the West Texas Oil & Gas Conference is to provide attendees with knowledge and information they can take back to their companies. “We are more than just an oil and gas conference,” said Marketing Coordinator, Miranda Kennedy. “From our exhibit floor to the meeting rooms, we are providing the tools and insight to succeed in today’s oil & gas market.”


This year, the conference is adding educational speaking sessions by Stephen McNair, COO of H2o Midstream, Paul Madero, Area Managing Director for Baker Hughes, Chris Ely, Founder/CEO of, Jack Tackett, Business Development Manager for Legend Energy Services, Thomas Brewer, President of TB Group LLC., and Bill Tesarek, COO of Predator Drilling. There will also be a Lunch & Learn with Hilliard Office Solutions.
