Tall City Blues Fest is a bona-fide music festival complete with an entire weekend of award winning performances plus a full schedule of educational workshops all taught by performers on this year’s line-up.

“For this year’s Fest, we are offering 10 different workshops that will be available during the Fest. The workshops are very popular, but they are also small and intimate, so participants can get hands on learning and attention,” said Fest Producer Lisa Grissom.

The series will take place on Saturday, July 15 inside the Fest’s host hotel, the Doubletree by Hilton in downtown Midland, TX. Both fest attendees, as well as those not attending the Fest are welcome to attend.

This workshop series, held in partnership with Midland College, generates scholarship money for KIDS’ College, which is a summer educational program for elementary school students. Most of the workshops are $15 to pre-register and $20 walk-up with one exception.
